BlueEFFICIENCY 科技 ，E200 CGI 便成為經濟省油的代表車款。原廠數據市區高速混合平均 13km/1公升。 Blue|EFFICIENCY主要功能介紹： - 渦輪增壓系統、發電機管理系統、可變式散熱遮板 - 輕量化低風阻車體、可調式冷氣壓縮機、低摩擦力輪胎 省稅金、大馬力 E200 CGI最大馬力和E200K皆為184hp，但扭力從20kgm提高到27.5kgm，扭力峰值域由3500～4000rpm 前後延展成1800～4600rpm，因此油門反應在低速域便十分充沛，力道源源不絕而來。原廠公佈性能數據是0～100km/h：8.4秒、極速233km/h，以當時這麼小1.8的排氣量卻仍然海放現在市場上的諸多新車種，這就是賓士精湛的引擎功力。 １．打Ｎ檔、Ｄ檔、Ｒ檔入檔細微震動感正常，踩油門轉速拉至4000轉，排氣管無排藍煙。 ２．入D檔上路，慢踩油門均在2000轉上下非常順暢換檔。 ３．原地轉動方向機，無任何異音。 ４．藉由緩慢行駛，注意底盤聲音的回饋，避震器的效能Ｑ彈回饋的感覺非常好。 ５．動態過彎時，無異音。 ６．煞車測試：煞車很犀利，輕點就煞停，高速行駛時踩剎車非常穩定方向盤也不會轉向偏移。 這部車開出去試了幾趟旅程、海岸、西濱、台中、南投等地，就因為省油的油耗表現，讓人開起來輕快覺得沒啥負擔，正常北部一日出遊，加半桶油來回都還行，引擎在高速拉轉引擎時稍具聲浪是直列四缸的特性，車室本身隔音有相當水準，212底盤表現相較211來得更加活潑、轉向也精準。偶爾超車時的聲浪與輕快的加速感是也讓人覺得過癮，舒適型的皮椅坐起來稍微寬鬆，體格稍壯的駕駛者會覺得擁有舒適性的乘坐感。車上小螢幕具備倒車顯影，加上原廠前後雷達，有相當的輔助性。
