這部是我這一年來，首度入手的BMW車款：E60車系的525IA，見到他的第一眼就覺得他美的非常的時尚，鐵灰色光滑晶瑩的外表漆面，低調沈穩、米褐色的內裝，帶點個性的深橘色皮椅，俐落的車縫線與整個核桃木紋給予人在車室內輕鬆自在又有質感的感受。略淺色的內裝與外觀的冷色調相映，從外面看更顯得高級典雅。同款BMW 5系列有許多是黑內裝，這部相較之下少了沈重感，卻增添年輕的雅仕風範，非常具備質感。 BMW 525系列，從2000年的E39 > 進化到 2004 改款的E60，整個外觀內裝有非常大的進步，不但車款更年輕化，底盤也強化許多、同時加上內部空間的提升、i-Drive System的引進，擺脫過去E39較為老款（但經典）的座艙感受，5系列晚了兩年才趕上同期的競爭對手 BENZ E系列W211 ，但經典的直六引擎、搭配全新的座艙設計、優異的底盤結構，維持住BMW操控樂趣一哥的地位，我在試車的過程，的確充份的體會到這樣的樂趣，那種油門踩下，車穩穩的、但速度一直輕快的上去，這種感受真的是很容易讓人上癮。 E60使用的引擎初期是使用代號M54的鋁合金引擎，M54可說是BMW在直六自然進氣下最為成熟的一顆引擎。525系列到了2005才又大改為下一個新世代N52鎂/鋁合金引擎（銀色的引擎護蓋），2007年N52亦做稍微的改良N52N，同時改搭配線傳控制的變速箱系統。 Ｍ54是BMW非常經典的引擎，這次在整備這部525的過程，我也把E60 M54引擎的一些通病，與需要注意的地方一起與大家分享，相信會讓想要入手BMW的車友，也可以避開更多的地雷，找到心目中優質的好車。 ![37395](https://storage.ghost.io/c/5c/a0/5ca0700e-d427-4657-ab37-71b0131b5cb0/content/images/2026/08/29eaa-37395.jpg) --- **本次整備項目：** **#下護板有油漬、更換油底殼墊片** 看BMW車我會先看引擎室的下護板是否有漏油油漬，再依序檢查漏油的是從哪幾個部位出現，這樣可以判斷嚴重性的程度。這部車拆下護板後，目視為油底殼滲漏油造成護板都是油漬，這個必須下工字樑處理，算是比較麻煩的工程，拆下油底殼後可以看到整個引擎下半部顏色呈現漂亮的琥珀色，消除油泥的疑慮。同時並更換八罐認證機油與原廠油芯。 這個就是BMW直六引擎最為人所詬病的造成嚴重吃機油的元兇之一，目視檢測的方式就是從引擎護板的下側往進氣岐管下方看，如果看到照片上這顆黑色的閥體上有滿滿油漬，就代表PCV閥體的功能損傷油氣洩漏出來了。PCV閥如果已經呈現油氣沾附濕潤的狀態時，代表從引擎下半部的油氣回壓到PCV閥沒有得到正確的分離輸送，以致於汽缸內過多油氣壓力無法正常循環回燃燒室，久而久之會造成引擎本體下半部壓力過大，嚴重時加速吃機油的現象，久了若不處理，絕對會造成連鎖效應，各墊片滲漏、加速不順等等。一般車商很少會去處理這一塊，這部分的工序非常繁複，也不便宜，但若不處理等一兩年嚴重的時候，絕對是一條大條的來討錢。 處理這個需要拆下進氣岐管、擋火牆蓋版、相連PCV閥的四條管子也是消耗品容易脆化斷裂、岐管的墊片耗材也都建議使用原廠料件，切勿使用副廠替代。 檢視爆震感知器是否有裂開痕跡，有的話一併更換，節氣門積碳清洗乾淨。老車這整個做下來，可以再回春十年不是問題。 打開機油蓋無嚴重油泥跡象、副水箱冷卻水也乾淨無水鏽浮油。 處理完油底殼滲漏油與PCV閥體與連接管路，目前整個引擎室機能件都沒有需要待修的，可以說是把BMW老車最難處理的部份都一次解決了。 室內各部件都完整無故障，維持極新的狀態。 整部車內裝、地毯都非常乾淨、無異味。 安全帶無毛邊，遮陽化妝鏡作動正常良好，天篷還很乾淨、前後座的皮椅也保持在八成新。 方向盤紋路還很深。車內各塑膠件都完好無瑕。 ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/5c/a0/5ca0700e-d427-4657-ab37-71b0131b5cb0/content/images/2026/08/6a99f-img_2354.jpg) 引擎運轉非常順暢寧靜，變速箱打Ｎ檔、Ｄ檔、Ｒ檔入檔震動感細微。 Ｐ檔踩油門轉速拉至4000轉，排氣管亦無冒藍煙。 原地轉動方向機，測試無異音 上路，打D檔，慢踩油門提速均在2000轉上下均順暢換檔。 藉由緩慢行駛，注意底盤聲音的回饋，底盤無異音，避震器的回饋Ｑ彈扎實路感明確。 動態過彎時：無異音，方向盤靈活精準。 煞車測試：高速行駛踩剎車非常穩定煞停、方向盤也不會偏移、定位正常。 開著它跑高速公路，車身非常的穩定，內部空間寬敞，沒有壓迫感，油門輕輕含著，速度就一直上去，由此可以充分感受到BMW招牌直六引擎的魅力。 底盤的特性也讓人折服，不但沒有一丁點絲毫的異音，連內裝都是安安靜靜，扎實的讓人感動。 這部車是部體質內外兼優的模範生。我在高速公路真的輕鬆隨便就踩破180 (也有可能是表壞了XD，要守法。) 作為經常使用高速公路巡航的車種，我開始可以了解為什麼紅斑馬要以BMW為主力車種了。 年輕款的5系列房車，與同級的W211來說，有人說他是武車，但這部525讓我改觀了，他不但動靜皆宜，恰當的稅金，優雅的內裝，俐落的外觀線條。非常適合著重質感的車友來享受他迷人之處。 除了外觀內裝要能吻合預期的達到八九成新的狀態以外，這次整理的重點更花在機能件得把關，只要初期把開始有狀況的機件整理好，車友們再接手，便可高枕無憂，省去惱人的通病與後續抓問題補漏洞的困擾。一般這樣的整備金額如果交給一般消費者回去整理，不但費時(至少進廠半個月以上），金額也會遠遠超過7\~8萬以上。但透過這次我把這部車做精準的整理過後，目前每一位開過的車友與技師都是讚不絕口一致給予極高的評價。
